Anyone heading to one of the upcoming Johnson Predictions Dinners? I'm probably going to the Chicago event on the 22nd, seems like a good way to get a feel for the community.

Just got an email from Johnson. I log in and it says app is complete. It's been complete for 2 months now. They're killing me! Does this mean I will know my fate in next couple of days?

My app status is still Submited!! contrary to many who got under evaluation. SHould i worry about this? ( i am an internation applicant ). Any one else (esspecially applicants from india) facing the same issue?

I'm with you on that. Indian applicant, submitted on Nov 28th. Still shows 'Submitted'.

Don't worry about the status. From R1 posts, it's indicative of nothing. Mine stayed 'submitted' until i got the interview invite (2 days before the notification deadline) and then remained 'interview scheduled' till i got the admit (2 weeks after the notification deadline).

Hey Guys - Just FYI - the status on their website doesn't mean anything - mine is till just "submitted" after the interview....

That sure gives me a lot of hope. If they interviewed an R1 candidate as late as last Monday, then an R2 applicant such as myself can still hope to get an interview call.

Round 2 applicants: take a deep breath. The decision deadline is Feb 20 - plenty of time left for them to invite you. I was invited Dec 6, interviewed on the 12th and notified via phone on the evening of the 18th. Decisions can be rendered quickly after the interview!

R2 U.S. applicant here, just got an invite to interview! Submitted my app on the 28th of Nov.

Obviously need to do well here... my chances of MBA matriculation for 2013 is growing slim :/

Do the majority of applicants interview outside of Ithaca? I think I'm leaning towards interviewing on-campus to demonstrate a strong interest in the school.

Also, do not read into when you receive an interview invite. I was invited a day before the round 1 decision deadline, and was accepted. My application was "under review" for well over a month.

I would recommend a trip to campus. Personally I think a skype interview would be awkward and getting to sit in on a class and meet students is an added bonus to the interview experience.

R2 Applicant. Got an interview invite today. It was directed to undisclosed recipients. So I'm sure a few got invited today. Interesting this 'undisclosed recipients' bit. Have all invitees received similar correspondence?
Very excited! Anyone planning a Sage-Social visit+interview in the next few weeks?
