Round 1 your chances are better. Your main "weakness" is a slightly below average GMAT combined with an average GPA (for these programs. And these programs are tough; that's not a weakness, but it is a factor. Your strengths are your work experience, community service, your masters grades, and (I'm guessing)" your personal story.
