Thanks Linda for your reply.

Ideally, I would like to find a school through which I can find my way to Philippines.

If I put this wish on the back burner, what is your view on my profile. Do I stand a chance for Full Time MBA as an older applicant, with my profile and post MBA goals? Are there other schools I should consider?

I would really appreciate your reply, and given your experience, your views will carry lots of weight for me.

Best Regards,
Prashant

I am really not familiar enough with these program and do not know their attitude towards older applicants. You probably should just contact them and see if they attempt to steer you to their EMBA programs. If they do, it's not a good sign.

In general, older applicants in their 40's are a rarity in full-time MBA programs, certainly in the U.S. based programs and I believe in Europe too. Typically, the 40+ student has a very clear post-MBA goal that doesn't require the career management office services to achieve. That goal requires the education provided by the MBA, but the student has the network and connections to continue their career in the way they want. Obviously they also have to be qualified in terms of stats, which you are.

Have you considered the Sloan Fellows programs at MIT, Stanford, and LBS?

Thanks Linda for your reply. I haven't looked into Sloan Fellow Programs you have mentioned. I will look into them.
