Tough call but I have a thought.
A degree will be with you for your life time, 40k$ wont look much 10 years down the line.

thats a good point..but I wonder whether rochester is worth paying additional 40k for...i mean neeley did trump simon in the BW and economist rankings..and though simon probably has a better pedigree,is it worth graduating with a debt ??

In the end it boils down to your prefernces. 40K$ is not that big a point as 1)The location of School 2) The Post MBA goals and how does that school fare in it 3) The Faculty and 4) The Alumni (You would know which one has a better netwrok).

The good, bad or ugly, its your choice to make !

If I were you, trapped between Simon and Neeley (wd d scholarship and without any other alternative), I would go for Neeley. :)

Congrats!

I would double that if you plan to get a car and participate in social functions.

Also books will be $1k per semester

You should be able to get the numbers from the school. When you do, multiply then by 1.5 or 2 as well. They lowball them.

Congratulations!!!

And don't forget a laptop and a travel budget. Don't tell me you are not going to Vegas for winter break. What kind of Indian are you to skip Vegas?
