Transferring Online Programs

Looking for some advice on my MBA situation.
I started my MBA while in the military, at a time when I expected to reenlist and continue on with the military. I have since completed my enlistment and separated. I'm currently in the online MBA program at Oklahoma State University, and am considering a transfer. I'll explain my reasoning in a second, but here's my stats for those interested:
GMAT: 650 w/ 6.0 AWA
Undergrad Cum.: 3.14
Undergrad Last 2 Years: 3.94
Current MBA GPA: ~3.75 (degree roughly halfway complete)
Now that I'm not relying completely on annual tuition assistance I am considering going to a more prestigious school. My location, current career, and life situation means that an online program is my only viable option. I am considering the following programs:
1. Arizona State (Carey)
2. IU-B (Kelley)
3. uMass Amherst (Isenberg)
4. Pepperdine (Graziadio)
I have enough time remaining on my GI Bill to complete any of these programs from start to finish at zero cost. Time wise, I would graduate exactly one year later than I would by staying with Oklahoma State. This would actually be a benefit, because the timing would make transferring positions within my current company easier. As much as I don't feel like starting over and retaking classes, I'm willing to put forth the effort.
I'm leaning toward ASU. Thoughts and suggestions? I'd love to hear any opinions for or against transferring. Thanks, all!
