GPA: 3.8
Undergrad: BS Biology/BA Chemistry w/ minors in Economics and Business Administration (all in 4 years, no summers)
Work Experience: None really.
Extra-curricular: A LOT. A lot of leadership experience, community volunteering, etc. All 3+ years.
Reccommendations: Above average (most of my professors in our B-School would consider me a top student).
Career Plans: Plan on medical school after MBA. I am interested in working as a physician for an academic hospital (apart from doing clinical things, would also like to handle administrative side of things, DTD operations, etc).
Where should I apply? I don't necessarily need to go to top MBA program, just somewhere respectable that will MORE IMPORTANTLY give me a great education. Also, maybe a school that would possibly give me a full tuition scholarship (international student). Not really up to speed on MBA programs, etc, so any help would be most welcome. Thank you in advance.
Edit: Also trying to stay somewhere around eastern seaboard of US.
Hi,
You have good profile except lack of work experience, suggest you to do some research on schools which are good in fields like healthcare management and also focus more on your application essays, that is where you can highlight on your leadership qualities to build a stellar application.
