Recently, business schools starting to offer the program called "Emerging Leader MBA" or different names for undergraduate students who want to go straight into MBA program. Without having enough experience compared to students from traditional MBA program, I understand that there will be a disadvantage for those students by the time they graduate from the school and go into the job market. However, I would like to know the way the hiring companies think of those students? Do they think that these students are relatively at a young age and have the potential to become the leaders in the future? or With the MBA degree, no actual work experience and demanding higher salaries comparing to the bachelor counterparts, can this type of MBA degree even cause hindrance in the job search?
