Congratulations on all of your accomplishments. Based on what you provide, you will have more than enough compelling content to impress admissions at all your target schools.
As for H/S/W, you are a competitive candidate at all three schools -- however, most of the people who apply are also competitive candidates who also have their own interesting stories, accomplishments and goals. Thus, this means that your applications, interviews and the like have to be top of the class in order to be admitted. Also realize that b-school admissions is much different than law school admissions in that it is much less numbers driven and much more about how you market yourself. This is the downfall of a lot of qualified candidates like you who have already been to graduate school.
The one area where I think you might have problems is in your career goals. I read them and finance/banking is a tough sell right now -- and my biggest concern is that admissions might think that you could make the transition from lawyer to banker without having to invest two years of your life and hundreds of thousands of dollars in tuition, living expenses and lost income. Be aware that this is going to be a major concern and going to have to be explained in your essays and interview - with conviction.
As an African American, you also qualify for The Consortium program. This is a wonderful program that provides significant scholarship to minority candidates and participating schools include Tuck, Haas, Darden, Yale, Ross and Anderson. I recommend that you look into this program.
Good luck.
