I interviewed on 3/8 but no word yet. My interview went quite well but I'm nervous as hell. I check my email every 5 minutes!

If you're waiting for a decision, you will likely get a call first and then the email.(or if you're like me when i was constantly checking the applicant update site, which was the first to update.)

Where did you see it change? and at what time(please include your local time)?
BTW- I was interviewed on the 3/6.

Hahah yes... I did 6 through the Consortium - which is kinda of like a common app... except all had additional essays anyway, but it did cut down on the more tedious parts of applications (exactly how many hours per week did I spend at my college newspaper?!?!).

Anyway, my status changed a few Fridays ago in early afternoon (Eastern standard time). I got the call from Admissions at 3:30PM. Packet arrived the following Monday.

I Applied in round 2 (15/1).
Haven't heard anything from Adcom. Should I consider it as ding form NYU.
I thought NYU sends the reply as soon as they arrive at a decision and doesn't wait till decision date.
Can someone provide sone insights?

I just got accepted and I'm obviously thrilled, I just wanted to share my timeline for those who are still in limbo:

Applied: 1/15
Interview Notice: 2/14
Interview: 3/13
Acceptance: 3/20

In my case, it was an e-mail telling me my status had been updated rather than a phone call. Best of luck to everyone still waiting!

Congrats! Queue the paranoia because it's been 13 days for me.

Same boat. Someone just got an interview invite yesterday according to this board, but I'm not holding my breath. They asked me for clarification on my app at one point and I get the feeling they weren't happy about the answer.

Just got my interview invite today. They gave me 4 options which are all 10ish days from now. Feels like very short notice, especially since I'm not East Coast.

That is rough but if you need more options, I'm sure they'll accommodate you. I interviewed 45 days after my invitation to interview - and i only live an hour's drive away. Got in just fine as well.

For off site interviews - When do you expect to hear back from Stern? They said by 3 weeks but that's surely got to be the 'safe answer' to say! Waiting from R1 here..any idea/past data about off-site interview candidates?
