I recently wrote GMAT and was able to get a score of 630 (not good though) and want to know few universities, from which i can pursue my masters in business (2014-2016 batch). Here is a brief of my profile.
B.E (Hons) in Electronics & Communications - 77%
12th (CBSE): 77%
10th (CBSE) :80%
Work Experience : Will be almost 4 years in Sept 2014,
Positions/Responsibilities: Diagnostics Engineer - Data Networking.
Product Release management / New Product introduction.
Key Accounts / Critical accounts management/ Escalation management.
Analyst - Operational research and analytics - Retail, FMCG, Mutual Funds.
Volunteer Experience : Worked with various NGOs in field of Education & Environment for almost 2+ years.
Volunteer for Red Cross Society and WWF.
Earned few preliminary level certificates in finance along with ITILv3 Framework certificate.
was involved in many Extracurricular Activities in my engineering school and got recognition from Industry top brass incl. VP and directors.
Can get referral from my Senior Director, Senior manager, manager etc.
I know a lot depends on application content and hence a little confuse about where to apply for my masters. I am interested in strategy, planning or operational research.
Plan is to eventually move into the consulting sector.
