I'm not sure exactly what q's you have or details you seek, but first and foremost I suggest you contact Columbia admissions and ask if you can be put in touch with a CBS MBA grad who is currently working in RE in NYC, great starting point since your interests are in the RE world as well as the MBA.

Otherwise it's just a matter of research online and getting in touch with developers/agents/RE professionals in the city, etc.
