I consider you to have a relatively strong profile for your targeted programs.
The stats are OK – they qualify you. Nothing to get excited about, but nothing to worry about, either. Your regional demographic is a plus.
Your clear strengths are your work experience (not just what but
where plus what), your goals, and how they intertwine to tell a coherent story that will engage the adcom – if you create outstanding applications. Your strong extracurriculars will enhance your candidacy.
Obviously HBS is a high reach, but a high
reasonable reach. The other schools are still reasonable reaches – as they are for anyone, with any profile. For schools of this caliber, even if you’re well qualified (as you are) you still must deliver a shining presentation in your applications to gain acceptance (after all you’re competing against the best in the world).
As for recommendations for other programs – perhaps consider Chicago Booth or Haas.
