One stupid question from a newbie like me: How can I open the attachment. I can not see your question and I would like to answer it.

It is E.

if it is not raining, then you are not in the highway driving your car. If you are not driving your car in the highway your car is not polluting.

Re: CR: Basic sequence logic [#permalink]
A is out coz bicycles are not related here.
B is out coz it obviously conflicts with the conclusion.
C is out coz it breaks the logical link between "my car" and "rain"
D is out coz it's unrelated.
E : " it's not raining" ---> i'm not driving my car on highway----> my car can avoid being a polluter ....uhm, but i think the logic is not sufficient ...It should be better if A is " All polluters travel on highway" .
