Congrats SilverBull! You got it! Feel so happy for you after seeing much anxiety since the morning.

I just got a call with Chicago area code 312, and felt overwhelmed, but then found out irrelevant call... Into the deeper sadness again afterwards ...

Just keep hanging on. Anxiety is a normal and healthy feeling but there is still plenty of time in the day!

Any guesses on how they are scheduling calls? Doesn't seem to be geographic. Last name? First name?

the area code is 773. i looked this up and have it pinned to my cube at work lol.

I think the calls are done either by the adcom that reviewed your application (based on earlier reports today), or by an adcom you know (in my case it was someone I had met at a school presentation and later on campus). Each adcom will have their own pace and timing for calls.

This would be completely out of line with what they've done the last several years.

I think it's pretty safe to assume we see the same thing as prior years which is that the rest of us will get a notification on the portal relatively early in the morning with a Ding/Wait list.

I'm with the the rest of you, sad Booth didn't work out, but now time to focus on my other schools and go through this again next week with Sloan.
