I am glad to see more interet in Arizona/Eller.
As I recall, they seek at least two years in a "professional capacity." They repeatedly stress that they are looking for candidates with "Professional experience demonstrating challenging assignments, career progression, carefully considered goals, and a strong work ethic."
Further, note that they have Business Field Project as part of the core in which students work together on a consulting project. This is often not a good sign for high potential/low experience students since schools might doubt the ability of HP/LE students carry their share of the weight in this type of setting.
"B AD 597a: Business Field Projects (3 units)
Small teams of students work together to finalize scope, plan, and execute a project for an organization to deliver value to them. Teams work in consultation with a faculty member who is a relevant subject matter expert."
Of course, the best course of action is to contact Eller directly.
