Darth,

I took it recently and also did 640. Also targetin GSB and KGSM part time.

I have several friends who have been to (or are in) GSB or KGSM.

One got a 610, KGSM part time.
One got a 720, KGSM part time.
One got a 780, not accepted to KGSM. Ended up at GSB.
One got a 550, KGSM full time, but applied twice.

Moral of the story: The GMAT truly is just once piece of the app. I believe a 640 is a reasonable score for either school.

That being said, I am trying again in 8 days!

Yes, I meant GSB-part time.

Thanks MoonShine for your encouraging comments.

I don't think u shud have any issues with PT Kellogg and GSB. PT programs usually accept 2/3 of applicants. So I wud focus on the rest of the app and not on a GMAT retake.

Thanks Rhyme ( good luck for your exams) and Banerjeea

I have got the same feedback from some of my colleagues.

So I am going to go ahead and apply.

I got my official score today, I was delighted by the AWA score of 6.0/6.0
