I hope someone can respond quickly to this.
I am in one of those times in life when you wish you had asked for help earlier. My GMAT is on the 27th of this month. I have only one shot. Since i already took a lot of time off from work and its very hard to keep a consistent routinue with the kind of job and social life I have (which i have denied myself for the past 3 months).
I have done questions from
OG 11,
OG Verbal and Quant Workbooks, Veritas Project GMAT, Princeton Verbal Workout and Princeton's Cracking GMAT.
I also have an untouched Kaplan 800, i dont think its of much use after my veritas project gmat experience.
Powerprep test 1 610
Powerprep test 2 540
score800 test1 600
score800 test2 600
score800 test3 610
I am studying quite a lot, timing myself with
OG questions now. with 2 mins per question.
Revising all my math formulas in peace, including tables.
As i feel one of my key holdings the quant section, I am unable to do because of lack of time. I am getting a lot of DS wrong that I wouldnt under untimed conditions.
I am scoring roughly 36 - 40 in quant and 34-38 in verbal.
It has been 4 months of preperation one way or another now, I have registered for the test, I need to get a decent MBA in order to finish this phase of life.
I have a week, can someone please tell me a decent strategy or point where i might be going wrong, if i am unable to break the 600 barrier.
I do not have focus / concentration issues, not ones i am aware of anyway. I feel quant overconfidence maybe, maybe....
Help much appreciated... The stage of desperation I am in can enlist any strategy which may take up all the hrs left till GMAT. I cant get sleep anyway due to my performance on GMAT practice. (No i dont have such an outstanding CGPA).
