Dear All...

Does anyone have a format for "Error Log" ...like a spread sheet. From many threads in this forum I have heard that its a very effective way for improving your scores. Can anyone help me with the format as in a spreadsheet...

good question dm, I am looking for the same thing. Let me know if you find anything.

For now I am going to keep track of all the questions I get wrong:

question #, from what book, write the question, write the answer with a brief description.

i don't have mine handy but i recorded:

-question num
-book
-type of question (geom, algebra, probability etc)
-how long it took
-reason for getting it wrong or taking too long (concept, calc mistake, tricked etc)

This is an error log I use.......a simple spreadsheet tailored to ones personal needs
