The Ravines is one of the newest wineries in the region, so I doubt they have much distribution at this point. The Ravines owner used to be the head vitner at Dr Frank's, which was the first Finger Lakes winery to grow European grape varieties. Dr Frank's actually has a fairly wide distribution, and I found a place in SF!

The rieslings are good, but often sell out, so can be hard to get. But most of the stuff they do is worthwhile, even the reds. They have pretty high standards. In fact, they're so hard-core about being a vinifera winery that they won't sell blends under the Dr F name. Instead they created Salmon Run, a subsidiary that makes that kind of stuff. My less-than-distinguished roots come out when I sometimes find myself preferring their Salmon Run varieties over the Dr F.
