I took the GMAT 2 times and received a score of 620 and 660. I believe that my score can jump to 680 on a third try. Is it worthwhile re-taking it?

I just finished my undergrad (Comp. Engineer) from India and am looking to get into a top 5 b-school in the U.S in the future.

I realize it is said to be dependent on the quality rather than the quantity. But how many years of work experience would be recommended at the very least?
