In general, Reco letters are 1 page long and have a seamless format. FYI, I sent out my recommendation letters typed but this is opened to you. If you have it typed, of course, you would need the hand signature.

Hi nickistardust-
My stats are very similar to yours. Did you apply to Kellogg and GSB part time or full time? I really would like to go full time but I fear my gmat is not comeptitive enough. I have a 640 with a 3.6 gpa and 3 years of work experience in the coporate hospitality world. Do you have any advice or anything in particular that set your application apart?

If anyone else has comments, they are welcome.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Would it be possible to add another criteria

Undergrad Institution
Highest Degree Obtained

I figure these two stats might be important aswell.

Hi Paul, Preto, Hjort and MBA asprnts

Finally..I have graduated from IESE. Fantastic two years, one of the most memorable years of my life. Most of them would be wondering what is next after the MBA.

In my case, I got exactly what I wanted. An irrestible offer from one of the top spanish firms....to work in Barcelona couple of years, and then to move to Asia on Senior role.

Could not have gone better than this. If anybody needs info on IESE feel free to ask.

Once again. Thanks for GMAT club. Keep rockig guys.

Cheers

Congrats on completing your MBA! It must be strange coming back and reading your old post about this.

Anyway, question on IESE....have you noticed in your time there if there is a lot of pharmaceutical/biotech recruiting on campus? If so, were the companies mostly Spanish, other European, Asian or American?

Thanks!

Great idea. here's my info:

GMAT : 730
College GPA: 2.6 at the Citadel
Work experience: 8 years in sales - 4 years as a sales trainer
Industry: Pharmaceuticals and labor supply
Applied : Wake Forest
Accepted : Wake Forest

FINAL DESTINATION : Wake Forest

Reason for choosing this school : Voted by recruiters as the number #2 best regional school in the WSJ. Highly respected in the SE - which is where I want to stay. And it has a small student body. All the professors know you by name. No class rankings because you work in teams. Lots of other reasons too.

Oh - and they now unofficially require all applicants to have at least 2 1/2 years exp. No young punks!
