INSEAD
Well, judging by your username, INSEAD makes the most sense.
Seriously, are you looking just at European schools? Or are you also considering U.S. schools? I'm most comfortable talking about U.S. schools. If tech is what you're interested in, then Sloan, Carnegie Mellon, Stanford, Haas, Maryland, and Cornell come to mind first. I'm less familiar with the European programs.
BTW, you may have already thought of this, but you'll want to be able to explain why a given schools makes the most sense for you. If you have a tech background and want to work in tech after b-school, that's a different perspective than having a tech background and wanting to learn more non-tech skills and explore non-tech industries after school. Both are valid career paths; there's just a difference between where the one type applicant would apply vs. where the other would apply. Think about which better describes you. If it's the former (and it sounds like it is), then the more tech-slanted schools (and the ones that offer more specific programs, vs. general management schools) are probably a better fit for you.
