That's where the feedback mechanism comes in Rhyme. After the interview, for now, companies post feedback to your profile:

" -- Member Reputation Management -- Candidate feedback and statistics are
collected from each interview and presented to interested companies to
protect their investment."

Essentially then future companies can see others feedback and risk adjust their price essentially for the candidate
