wow Tuck is such a tought nut to crack :)

out of all the ED and R1 applicants on gmatclub we only have 1 admit so far :)

good luck to everyone from Nov round who is still waiting for the call, I think they will be calling tomorrow also

Does anyone know what Tuck's acceptance rate was for 2007?

According to US News it was 20% in 2006 with an average GMAT of 712. Hard to believe, or is Tuck just very self-selecting in the sense that people who dont fit, dont apply?

Cant wait to see the campus and get a feel for the school.

I wouldnt say that and the number of applicants tells a different story, too.

I will live in major cities for the greater part of the 10 years post-MBA. I love nature, I love to work out and do sports and there is a reason why people say Tuck's network is the best. And it will help focus on the MBA. Plus, I would make sure to summer in a big city and get a semester abroad in.

Just those long cold winters...

I've lived in big cities (and probably will after graduation) but the smaller town bit sounds nice. Well, except for my wife traveling to Tuck from WA state to visit me. It looks like that would be about 12 hours travel time. Thats how long it took for her to get to my apartment in Tokyo from WA.... =(

I got the statis update email. But when I logged in, I could not fine the "Your application decision is now available online" link anywhere.

Anyone having the same problem? At this point, I think it is a ding for me

It is not available until 5pm EST so you have to wait approx 4.5 more hours.....

The mail says that the decisions will be available at 5 pm EST. I don't think we'll find anything until then.

I should've targeted the EA round for Tuck. Great interview, application but apparently they had offered 15 or so admits to Indians in EA round itself.

I got dinged guys :( .Was away holidaying during the long Chinese New Year weekend. Was too down to come visit the club and update you guys. So now got dinged at all my R1 schools. I am not sure what is lacking in my application. Got interviewed at 3 out 4 schools for R1 and got dinged at all- not even a waitlist. So i am not sure if its the interview thats killing me or belonging to an oversubscribed Indian IT pool thats spelling the death knell in a year where application numbers are up by crazy.

Did you ding letter specify anything about feedback? I believe they offer feedback to about 10% of denied applicants in July/August. Two people dinged on BW indicated they were offered feedback for a reapp.
