Wow - another outstanding profile. I guess there is not enough scope for a career switcher like myself here.

Princeton admits, could you please post a little bit more about yourself ? i.e. GMAT, GPA, any work experience etc. I applied there, but was rejected and I want to see if I can improve my profile before I reapply next year.

Hi everyone,

I have been accepted to BC MSF with a scholarship, which always helps. Is anyone here going to be my classmate? How are you guys going to finance your grad school? :-D

That's really impressive.
Did you consider any other Finance Masters program? And how did you end up deciding upon BC as your final choice?

Hello,

Is anyone planning for Fall 2009 admissions for MSF?
We can discuss the merits of the schools that we are targetting.

Thanks

Hey raptr

i am applying MSF this year, the same case with you in 2 years ago. just thinking that you are more experienced and can give some contributive feedback.

I am currently studying in an university ranked in top 200 in the world(according to xxx survey), got a gpa 3.7+ out of 4.0. Gmat 730. have done some clubs, societies, and internships, but not big name. have research assistant background in management. do u think that i could got the the interview from Oxford MFE?

U did got the R1 interview, right?

I am looking at the following:
Vanderbilt - MSF, Uni Florida - MSF, Boston College - MSF, Rochester - M.S. Management, Finance Spec., UI - Urbana Champaign - MSF

Students at Boston and Rochester have an average of 3-4 years of full-time experience so that might be an issue (I will have only 1).

Also, as far as recruiting is concerned, it seems that the best opportunities are local.
