Haas essays

As you said in second question we have to write USP of Haas that you consider most important from your carreer goals point of view. So suppose someone is interested in IB/MC he can show how Haas is good in these fields and how one can meet his career objectives by going at Haas and not at HBS,CBS. But first question is still sounds fuzzy to me because if they trying to ask what factors have influenced my decision to apply at Berkeley, they would still be same as second question (like Haas is good in IB/MC because of so and so reasons). But if they are trying to ask what factors have influenced my decision to apply at this point in my career then your response ( why not still in job instead of MBA) makes sense.
