I multiple in my mind current question by 2 and add left minutes. the result has to be less than 75 (~70 in Verbal)
For example, 17 question, left 37 mins: 17*2+37=71 - I'm at normal pace.
That is funny. If I try to do that, I will have a brain hemorrhage during the practice test, let alone the real thing.
Me too!
For Math I think that for every 15 min interval I should be greater than the applicable multiple of 7.
For instance 60 mins remaining > 7
45 mins > 14
etc...
And for verbal I do the same but with multiples of 8. This usually keeps me on pace.
Do any of you guys use a progress grid for verbal? To tally how much of each questions type you have seen (RC, CR, SC) so when you are in a time crunch you have a better estimate of what to expect.
If so how do you this, what is your approach? And how do you utilize the scratch paper.
