Folks: I need some advice from you guys about the GMAT verbal Section:
BACKGROUND:
I've took the GMAT thrice and scored a 26,27,25. I've used the PR Cracking the GMAT, Kaplan Verbal Workbook and the
OG and PR Online Material. During my practice tests i've scored scores as high as 42 and my "mean" score was around 35-36. I've took more than 10 tests (PR Online Tests, PP, PR CR-ROM).
During the real test i ALWAYS run out of time. I feel like the GMAT Verbal section (ive took the test thrice) is harder than the tests i've practised. I get easily frazzled with RC with lots of technical jargons/'words that i dont understand. During normal conditions (2 minutes per question for CRand 1.5 mins for SC I get atleast 80% of the questions right). But during the "real test" i run out of time and this has a "snow-ball" effect on my CRs and SCs.
HELP NEEDED:
What kind of material can i use to improve my RCs & CRs (something harder than the real GMAT test) so my timings get better; Would you recommend the LSAT RCs and CRs? My principles/conceptual workingsof CR and RCs is good. I just run out of time........During my practice i ALWAYS go back and figure out why i got something wrong and analyze my "train of thought" and see where i went wrong.
