Abhishek,
Certainly your international work, on-the-job leadership experience, and NFP role will help you distinguish yourself from many other Indians applying with a superficially similar profile.
You have actually hit on a critical point in admissions advising. Details and specifcs make
the difference. Obviously you can't include
all details. The essays are not supposed to be a brain dump. But you certainly should choose the most impressive, important, and illlustrative details to reveal the qualities that business schools value: leadership, teamwork, commitment to one's community, a contributive nature, etc.
Please see "
The Devil is in the Details."
Good luck!
