Hi spriya,
A friend of mine recently got interviewed for ISB. She said that it was one of the toughest interviews she had ever encountered. It was a stress interview conducted by a panel of students.
She was really cross questioned about her aims and then repeatedly probed about any minor inconsistency or weakness that she showed (both in her essays and answers to interview questions).

I dont want to scare you, but be prepared.
Good luck.

spriya,

Are you based in India ? I am an R2 international applicant to ISB this year. Still waiting for the interview invite. I would suggest that you visit Pagalguy forum. Agreed that it is not as sane as GMATClub, but the ISB thread is bustling with activity. All the best for your interview.
Btw, we also have a ISB applicants thread on GMATClub, in case you were not aware

had my interview ,good experience but i could have done better i mean
they ask one thing again and again... and i got quite nervous i mean i forgot my handbag in the panel and went back to take that :(((
and again i asked them a question and consistently asked them few which they gave me some opinion i refused to accept their opinion and they still sticked to teir opinion but i refused to accept that one.I hope the call gets converted ...
this is followed by a long wait.... its really difficult to wait :(((
