Your country of origin will help you stand out from the pack and your GMAT score is good, so you will get a good look by top schools. Your odds at IMD will be higher than at INSEAD, but given your leadership responsibilities at work you should be competitive at both schools. If you don't have leadership impact outside of work, spend the next year gaining it. Your lack of international experience is not in itself a major negative, especially given that you are applying from a country that doesn't send a lot of people to top B-schools.
