Hi Steppenwolf, perhaps this question is more appropriate to the zero admits thread. In brief - it depends. You may choose to use the same information, but provide more depth (e.g. a story in which you might have just touched upon last year). Also bear in mind that some schools will keep your last year's essays, but some wont (I think HBS doesnt). So oviously if the school has thrown out your past essays you may be able to reuse last years content more freely (those schools usually make your rewrite the entire essay set). However do still think primarily in terms of improvements and progression when writing reapplications.
