I think this (or something like it) has been posted before. I think the answer should be (A).
B - This says there is not much difference, not a strong answer.
C - This is more of a weaken than anything else.
D - This suggests again, that there is no difference between the different test equipment, not a strong answer.
E - Kind of irrelevant...
