headed for Chicago tomorrow and Philly interview on tues. as a Cali person I'm gonna freeze my nibbins off. what do you east coast folk wear over a suit?? it's gonna look pretty awkward when I roll in to the admissions office in a bright yellow ski jacket. good luck with the interviews everyone!

A R2 applicant here. I have a question regarding the first essay. How much space I should dedicate to explaining the how I chose my most recent job? Should it be 100 words or so?

Hi all,
I also have an interview invite for R1. Could someone give me pointers on how to prepare for the interview.
My career aspiration is to get into a product marketing profile (preferably in a retail bank).
Since Booth is mostly famous for Finance, could someone help me understand some of Booth's strong points in Marketing ?

advice needed! my interview is with an alum in his office but on a Saturday. Does that still mean wearing a suit and tie?

Hi,

One question to the applicants who are scheduling their interview in India.

There is a red note at the top of the page requesting the Indian applicants to contact adcom to schedule an interview.

Did you contact adcom to schedule an interview?

Because when i selected the option to schedule an interview by providing the city/country details, i am provided with one alumni contact. So, i am not sure whether i still need to contact the adcom.

Hehe I just read the thread from last year to look at the timing of admits. It seems that they don't give the admit/ding calls until the due date for everyone that has had an interview.

Clarification my interview is at Harper...I guess I should know the name of the building I want to spend 2 years at

Finished my interview with an alum over 2 weeks ago. The status still hasn't changed to 'interview complete'. Should I do something?

I don't think so...

6. Please note that your application status as "Invite to Interview" WILL NOT change even after the interview is completed. Your status will only change once a final decision has been made.

I guess you can go into the "Your Interview Schedule" - mine says the following in the Status column. I completed mine last week, fyi.
