I don't think titles mean much for WEMBA applicants. There are students in my class who have VP and MD titles but less management/leadership experience than others who have basic titles. What I think matters is what you actually do--and what differentiates you in your essays.
Your GMAT should work fine. Tell the story of your current role in your career goals and leadership essay and that will count much more than what your specific title is. WEMBA classes have a broad range of experience/leadership levels; don't spend too much time trying to guess specific, preconceived details about what adcom is looking for... spend it telling the story about your future career/leadership potential and what makes you unique.
