I don't know if anyone would find this useful. But here was a survey for UCLA students taken in 05. It gives you an idea of what the studetns liked and disliked and courses..

I agree. This is crap. I made sure to make my file <5mb. The only way I could do this was to make my response exactly 1 min and couldn't do any live motion. When I uploaded, the limit was 5mb. Now they've increased it to 10mb, realizing that 5mb is just not enough.

Count me in for Round 2 - Submitted with 3 hours to go.

I spent the entire day trying to get my video under 5mb as well. I didn't even notice that the file would have allowed up to 10mb. That is frustrating. I lowered the resolution on my file so low it looks like I filmed it in a cave.

Also there was a disparity on the question - initially it said 1 minute for video and 2 minutes for audio. When I was submitting it I noticed it now says 1-2 minutes for audio OR video. I would have been nice to not have sped through what I wanted to say.

I just checked my application and it says something wierd. At the top, it says "Submission Status: Submitted" and then it says the application is completed for committee review and you will receive a decision on the date of the deadline. However, below that, it says "Application Status: Incomplete" and it says it is missing transcripts. I guess I won't worry about it too much, because I have already had an interview, so I don't think they are actually missing my transcripts.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I just checked mine and it says the same thing you mentioned. Maybe it means we got admitted and they haven't received our official transcript yet? (wishful thinking, I know)

On Mae Shores' twitter, it says that the decisions will be released in the AM. So hopefully we get decisions earlier than the 5 pm stated in the email.

Really excited about Anderson. Along with Berkeley this was my dream school.
