Yes, you suppose to enable macro in Tools\Macro\Security, choose Medium. Then restart and click on enable macro.

OK, this is the last update I do on this sheet. These are the new features:
+ Double click on any cell to mark "X" or answer
+ Button above "#" to do automatic numbering (You need to put the first number to start)
+ Pause button works (fixed some bugs)

qhoc0010,

I 've created a form-based version that I have been using for my preparation.

It hasn't got the good stats as your one does, but it may help ppl become familiar with clicking "Confirm Answer" and "Next"

It also has marking form included

To start, go to Tools->Macro, or Customise a toolbar in Excel, and add the macros to a icon

Wes.

How to download qhoc0010's GMAT practice grid [#permalink]
FYI - Once you allow javascript in your browser, or modify the security settings, you should see links to download the versions of the practice grid tool in this thread.

Make sure that the formulas reference the other cells correctly.

How does the timer work? When I click on start, it sends me to the code sheet. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,
not sure how calculating the time in TestGrid4GMAT document in qhoc0010's post work.
I know how to calculate the time it takes to complete the whole exam (by clicking start). but what about calculating the time it takes to answer each questions?

Thanks,

Re: New GMAT Practice Grid [#permalink]
Hi,

Does anybody know how to change the time assigned per question? Say for SC questions, I would like the excel sheet to only assign 1.3 minutes per question and accordingly calculate the total time i.e. Time Left. Can a programmer figure this out for me please...

Excellent tool nonetheless!
