hey guys thanks so much! you guys are like my second family
So tired today. But very relieved I finally got in somewhere. I am still waiting to hear back from Ross, but I am 95% sure I am committed to Duke!

I followed mba gameplan and richard montauk's book on how to pursuit waitlist. I visited school and send in an w/l letter (at the recommended time, maybe that's the magic). Gl to all that's still on the waitlist, and I hope to meet everybody in the near future!

Am a R1 WL. I continue to be on the waitlist after the R2 notification. ( guess its better than a ding), your life rolls on with the slightest of hope.
Besides, I see there is a high number of WL candidates for Duke in specific. Any reasons. or else they are planning to slaughter all of us in one go a little later.

Late Jan - my Mgr at work sent an e-mail to the AdComm notifying them of a recent promotion & performance review.

Late Feb - my Supervisor sent an e-mail to AdComm notifying them of a new global project that I've been assigned to.

I had planned to send another e-mail mid-March reiterating my interest in Fuqua and updating them on some recent extracurricular accomplishments.

I've heard that another round of waitlisters may be accepted after the April response deadline.

Anyone, any idea which parcel service does Duke uses to send the admin packs? I would be nice to be able to track the delivery...

If you are international, they'll FED-EX the package. If you live within the US, I think it's just regular first class mail (maybe USPS Priority).

Has anyone received an email for the admitted student site or any info regarding Blue Devil Weekend. I'm assuming R2 admits are invited right?

I haven't received an e-mail for the Admitted Student site or BDW. BDW is less than 3 weeks away so I hope they send out invitations soon.

Congrats to all the admits. I hope to know soon for sure if I'll be joining some of you down in Durham.
