Calling all Kellogg Fall 2010 Applicants!

hankpunk, please continue providing the data! Perhaps, you have already mentioned this, but I was interested in knowing if you knew what the admit rate R2 last year was for Gmatclub participants. If it was less than 20%, then there will probably be very few additional admits in the next few weeks. Still, it seems that not even one JD/MBA candidate has been admitted in R2. Perhaps, JD/MBAs are reviewed last in the cue since the final two notifications in R1 were for JD/MBA candidates. While I simply love Kellogg, the student culture, and the post-MBA opportunities that the school provides, trying to decipher this admissions decision madness has made most of us, including me, worthy of being institutionalized. :2gunfire: :thanks

Well, I'll just state the facts and let people interpret them..

[EDIT: JD info deleted, didn't realize it was 3 year program..]

As for R2 last year, the admission rate for GC was 22%.. we're at 19% right now.

My best advice is to just focus on something that you can affect... I have prep for another interview..

From R1, it looks like the first JD/MBA ding was Dec 14, which 'more or less' maps to March 15... I'd expect to hear from the JD/MBA applicants any day now.

So basically US applicants who have not heard back yet have very little chance of getting in. Oh well.... :cry:

Hi any clue on ppl who interviewed between march 1st and 2nd week. M an indian applicant, got a waiver and then followed by a phone interview.. yet to hear back from kellogg...

decent ECs, 710, M/ 31 on matriculation.. currently working in retail banking.

I interviewed in late jan ( Indian applicant), yet to hear from them.
There are hardly 10 days left..so no amount of guessing would help this time..
Since you got a waiver and then a call, guess they want you more badly than you want them..

I emailed the adcom regarding when we should hear about admissions decisions for those in the JD/MBA . I will let you know if I receive any response tomorrow.

Have any of the MMM admits received or heard of anybody getting the Wally Hopp Scholarship that is specifically for MMM students? I am just trying to determine if this is something that would have been offered up front or if there is still a possibility of receiving this later in the process.
