Is anyone applying to SDA Bocconi (full time MBA program) for 2010? I am just curious about the application process. I submitted mine back in December but they did not confirm it until a month later. I guess it is because of holidays. I am just surprised because when I submitted to IESE, I received a confirmation two days later and I had an interview a week later. What's taken so long in Milan?
Anyone with SDA Bocconi's experience here?
I would appreciate.

Maybe you should contact them.
I was considering bocconi once but the curriculum is highly demanding because compressed into 1 year, so I have changed my mind.
Good luck.
From the American point of view, it is compressed. But from the European point of view, American MBAs are over extended. So it depends how you look at it. Most European MBA programs are 10-18 months. I know IESE and LBS are the exceptions but I cannot think of any other. I don't mind the program being intense because I personally don't want to be off the job market for two years. The tuition itself is a huge investment, plus the living costs for two years... ouch! So it definitely comes down to a personal choice.
Thanks for the advice. I actually received the interview invitation with the alumnus in my country/state just a few days ago. I guess that they are not in a hurry!
