Calling all HBS Fall 2010 Candidates

Now I don't know what to do. I can take the HBS offer or the Booth offer and the $50k that come with it ... Or could go to MIT, which will probably offer me a job in the clean tech sector, which is where i'd like to end up ...

Complete and utter disbelief...I got in!!!

Just got a call from Dee (so nervous just talking to her!) but apparently I have good news in the form of money coming by mail!

found myself in probably the most precarious of buckets....W/L w/no int not really going to do anything to pursue this, i don't think i want HBS that badly.

I also wanted to post a little reminder as everyone is making decisions. If you have decided to pick HBS over Wharton or any other school, please send an e-mail to the schools you are not taking offers from, so they can plan ahead and give the spot to someone who had been waitlisted. This way you may be helping other deserving people from this forum and beyond who are hoping to get into their dream schools !

Congrats again and have fun at HBS, you deserve it!

It took me 4.5 hours to stop shaking in disbelief and post - I'm no RonMexico, but it's nice to have a yes from HBS after a ding from Stanford last week (RonMexico, congrats by the way. You are seriously one hell of a rockstar!)

Can't believe I'm in. I can't recall the last time I was this excited.

Congratulations to all you amazing people who've gotten in, and I'm really sorry for those who didn't hear back positive - I can't imagine how disappointed I'd be, so you have my commiseration completely. It's really a pretty difficult thing to rationalize.

Look forward to seeing all you admits this Fall.

Big congrats to those who got in.

To meridian17, torontogirl, RonMexico, LB20, and Kohlia - I see you guys have also gotten into several other places -many of those with fellowship money. Would you without a doubt choose HBS over them?

I'm fortunate to get into Wharton in R1 with $20,000 fellowship. Already paid my $2,000 deposit so if I choose HBS that would mean giving up $22,000. Just want to hear what you guys would choose if you were me.

For the roll-call: ding without interview. Yesterday was painless for me. I only applied to HBS to feed my ego and say no to it. Guess they said no to me:)

pilot: I'd choose Wharton. Especially with a fellowship. But that's just me. Their programs are totally different, so different that it should be easy to make a decision.
