Hello,

I have problem with low gpa and trying to make up with decent GMAT score
Currently i have 650 on GMAT but i am trying to put it up to 700.

Program: MS ACCOUNTING and MS Business Information System
GMAT: 650
GPA: 2.62/4.0 B.A. Economics (Not a top 50 undergraduate just medicore state college)
Work experience: None
Gender: M

These are the school i am applying:

FORDHAM
BARUCH
NYU GSAS
UIUC
INDIANA KELLY
UGA

With decent GMAT score(if i get 700) and good essays, do i have chances for these school?

If you earn a 700 and have evidence that you know how to perform in an academic environment (ie you have taken recent courses and earned A's, there were extenuating circumstances that affected your performance as an undergrad, you have progressed well professionally) then you would have a chance at the listed schools, with the possible exception of NYU GSAS.

appreciate for giving me a hope !!
I cant believe that i have a chance to apply listed school !!! :D
I was thinking that with 650 GMAT score Fordham and Baruch would be competitive however still not enough for the UIUC or Indiana Kelly right?
