At a glance the GPA sticks out. I've seen B average (3.0) as a minimum req. for many schools in Canada... lots of which aren't even considered "top" schools.
In your title you said "good" b-school though... good is not the same as top, so some clarification would be good there.
IMO there are a lot of applicants out there who will be able to contend with that GMAT score and also flat out beat you GPA wise. You might have some difficulty with schools that prefer more work experience than less... but 2 years minimum is not uncommon.
Seems to me like you're flirting with a lot of the minimum requirements, and unless you have an absolutely brilliant and captivating life/work story to knock the adcom off their heels with, you probably need to either a) boost that GPA by taking some more courses (doing that part-time so you can still bank work exp. time) or b) adjust your expectations and maybe aim for schools that aren't going to have scrutinize so much over GPAs.
Remember, just because the "top" schools are hyped up doesn't mean they're the right fit for everyone. You have to disentangle how much of their reputation is actually based on the quality of the education/experience and how much is a product of being in the limelight for so long.
It's ultimately up to YOU to make the most out of b-school (and in any other of life's ventures), and if you start thinking your life will be undervalued if you don't go to what is purportedly one of the "top" schools then you set yourself up for failure.
Good luck!
