blitz - I think the MGMAT course will definitely help you especially if you need more help in quant vs. verbal. If you're looking for more materials the only other resource I would get is Powerscore's CR Bible if you want some verbal brushup. I think 5 weeks should be enough. Make sure also supplement your study with plenty of CAT practice - I would do all 6 MGMAT CATs, take the free tests at Knewton, Veritas, etc. and the 2 GMATPreps from MBA.com. This should bring your stamina up to speed for test day, which is extremely important.

faysalkhaled - I haven't used Kaplan before, but the OGs are good for practice but not good for building fundamentals. Is there a specific section of verbal that's more troubling to you? For SC, a lot of members have suggested either the MGMAT SC or the Powerscore SC, and for Critical Reasoning Powerscore CR Bible. For reading, you just have to read a lot although some say the Powerscore CR Bible indirectly improved their RC score as well. Try those resources and you should see some improvement. If you do better in a class setting, I found Knewton's verbal lessons to be helpful.

I also think your quant could benefit from some improvement. I was scored in the same ranges as you on my first test (Q41ish) and after studying the Manhattan GMAT guides I improved my quant to 50. The guides really drill you on fundamentals. I suggest going through those, and trying your skills at the OG again. I think you should be able to see some pleasant results. Good luck!
