Re: GMATPrep (TM) - Question on the Official GMAT Practice Test [#permalink]
I took the real thing this morning and improved my second Official Practice Test by 30 points, so there will be no further indictment of the good people at mba.com. Scores have been submitted to the estimator!

You remember this thread, bb? 99-verbal-48-math-need-serious-math-help-91364.html
Well, I stayed solid on the verbal and improved my scaled quant score by more than 20 points, so thanks for the advice.

One more question, the score printout from the test center says: The percentile ranking tables change every year, which means that your ranking may change as well. I found another thread on the forum on this same issue, but the conclusion was unclear. Since my percentile score will change, does this mean that my scaled scores and their total will change too?

Just found the post.
Your score report will be valid and percetniles will stay as is for the current year but if you want to send your score reports later, they will have a lower percentile indicated. However, this is VERY minor. You will slide a max of 1 percentile point per year, most likely not even that. I have slid 1 percentile point in 8 years :)

This should have been posted in the GMATPrep thread, but since it's answered I'm locking the thread.
