Work experience does not mean much (in terms of admissions criteria) as other factors because MAcc/MSA is mostly designed for undergrads to complete their 150 hr requirement. Usually, internship experience satisfies, if any, requirement for work experience.
Your GPA is superb but for those 2 top programs, your GMAT score is just about average, compared to many applicants in recent years. And based on your Q49 breakout, your verbal score must be at the lower end, which may be a problem.
I would advise you to apply to those programs as reach schools.
I would suggest you to apply to few other programs where you may be more competitive.
I don't remember which of these schools accept undergrads without accounting major, but you can visit their admissions website to find out
Very Competitive: Texas-Austin, BYU, Notre Dame, USC, UNC, Virginia
Competitive: Georgia, Indiana, Baruch, College of William and Mary, Boston College, Illinois, Bentley
Schools in "Very Competitive" category above have superb reputation among the recruiters. Some of them even boast near 100% placement among its graduates.
Schools in "Competitive" category are great schools but usually they are 2nd best options if the applicant failed to get into the schools in the "Very Competitive" category.
