As shaselai pointed out, the number of questions wrong matters less when compared to the difficulty level of the questions you got wrong. For instance, I got 11 questions wrong but had a 49 on Q in my GMAT Prep. So that means most of the questions I missed were higher level questions.

If you believe you can increase your score in Quantthen give a try to Kaplan's gmat math workbook, it is a good book and for tougher questions you can use gmatclub math tests.

i did go thru kap quant workbook before,i think i'll go thru it once again,maybe that should make a difference

i don't know how 2 compute raw score,all that is displayed as result was 560(17 wrong q,12 wrong v).

Not the raw score, bhuvana. It should give you a scaled score. Out of 51. You might not be able to check it if you logged out.
