List of Online GRE practice tests... anyone?

Full length GRE Tests

1. Powerprep - Free. Available for download from the ETS website. https://ets.org/gre/general/prepare

There are 2 full length tests and also several tests for each area. The full-length tests are the closest to the real GRE exam.

2. Kaplan GRE 2011 Premier with CD-ROM (Kaplan Gre Exam Premier Live) - This costs around 24 USD. The accompanying CD has 5 full-length GRE tests which are not as accurate as powerprep. They are the next best mock tests available.

3. Barron's GRE with CD-ROM 18th edition - The CD has 2 full length tests. It costs around 23 USD.

4. Petersons GRE tests - USD 19.95 https://www.petersons.com/graduate-schoo ... -test.aspx

5. Princeton review - The website https://www.princetonreview.com/grad/fre ... -test.aspx provides 1 free full length tests.

For free tests (not full length) for individual sections, https://majortests.com/ is a good source.

From my personal experience, other than the powerprep and kaplan, not many of the mock tests are like the real-GRE exam.

ETS has published a book "Practicing to Take the General Test 10th ". This book has several full length GRE exams and costs around 12USD. However, these are paper based and dont give the feel of real full-length exam. Also, the Math section is of an old and outdated pattern. But, this book may still be worth for the retired real-GRE questions.

All the above practice tests, I mentioned are for the current format of GRE.

So far, the following study materials have been published for the new pattern -
1.Official Guide to GRE revised General Test [23.10 USD]- This is published by ETS and comes with the powerprep software containing 1 full length test of new pattern.

2. Kaplan GRE 2011: Strategies, Practice, and Review [15 USD] - Comes with 2 tests.

3. Cracking the GRE, 2011 Edition (Graduate School Test Preparation) - This comes with 2 full length tests and claims to cover material for current and new pattern. However, it is not clear if the tests are of current pattern or new one.

Since the new pattern comes into effect almost 10 months from now, I havent come across reviews on how good these tests and materials are.

Will get back to you if I find more information regarding the study materials /practice tests for new pattern.
