just by curiosity

Like by taking timers and posting answers we get points and we can use them for buying things like gmatclub tests

Any advantage of gaining high status like manager Director ? or its just for fun or used as recognition for high contribution :) :)

I shall try to reply for your question - and I answer this question just as another member of this forum

It is more like a higher position in the hierarchy.
Your contributions to the organization are what help you move up the ranks.
Here, GMATClub is the organization and each and every time you contribute(with the intention of helping others),
you move up the ranks(from Intern to Manager.... to VP) ;)
