well, don't get me wrong: do apply for Kellog, the GMAT is just one of several aspects of your application, if you do good essays and do well on interviews, who knows
You have a good range of US school that would be "more accessible". My advice would be for you to apply in every single BS that you might find as a good fit, but try to make sure the applications are strong: better to make 3 or 4 excellent applications thant 12 average ones
